What is Reiki / Energy Healing and Why is it Important to Your Health? While a doctor works on a physical level to heal the body and a therapist works on a mental or emotional level, as a Master Energy Healer and Intuitive, I work on an energetic level in the body. I can see where your energy flow has been reduced or blocked and how this energy disturbance may be affecting your life, whether emotionally or physically.  How can energy healing help you? Sometimes anger, resentment or fear need to be released. Possibly events that happened to you as a child are holding you back from becoming the person you want to be. Maybe you are sensitive to the emotions and energy of others and need help clearing these feelings from your body on an energetic level. I can often pick up on the true reason for energy imbalances in your body, help you make sense of why you feel the way you do, and give you advice about what you can do to heal.   I believe that true healing involves mind, body AND spirit. Working on your body’s energy system may be a piece of the puzzle that you may never have thought about (until now) but can really bring about healing and wonderful change. What to Expect When You Schedule Your Reiki / Energy Healing Session Before your initial session, you will answer a detailed intake form so that I can learn a little bit about you and some of your concerns, as well as things that you would like to work on during our session. If you aren’t quite sure what you would like to work on but feel as though Reiki / Energy Healing can help you, that is fine too.   After your form is filled out, we will schedule a time to speak over the phone or via Skype (whichever you prefer). We will review your intake form and I may have some additional questions. This call usually takes 20-30 minutes. When we finish our call, I will do a meditation and healing on your behalf.  During my meditation, I will often get information on imbalances within your body, reasons why they may be there, and things you can do to help fix them. The energy may be physical, emotional or a combination. I will conduct a healing on what I find and give you a detailed email report of what I worked on during the healing session.
